A: Any kids that enroll after the start date of the season will receive pro-rated program dues.
A: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required.The TopSpin Academy will charge the full session price if the session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. You can cancel your session through the portal. As long as the cancellation is done with at least 24 hours' notice, you will be able to reschedule. If you cancel past this window, it will be considered a late cancellation. Please note that rescheduled sessions cannot be rescheduled again.
A: Absolutely! We offer complimentary trial sessions so the whole family can come in and experience The TopSpin Academy. To set up your complimentary trial session, give us a call at 512-806-8251 or email [email protected]
A: No problem at all! We provide complimentary use of Babolat Tennis Racquets for kids and adults on their first visit to The TopSpin Academy. Racquets are available for purchase in our Retail Shop for subsequent lessons.
A: You can pay your annual membership and classes via up to 3 installments.
A: We’re all about family! If you enroll one child then your second child’s membership is 50% off. And the third child is 50% off of that!
A: All lessons are customized by age and level to fit the needs and skills of each child and/or group. Check out our current Season Page to see how we curate classes for each age group.
A: Court 16 will be closed in commemoration of the following holidays:
Labor Day 9/2/24
Thanksgiving Day 11/28/24
Christmas Day 12/25/24
New Years Day 1/1/25
Memorial Day 5/27/24
A: Proper tennis shoes (i.e., non-marking soles) MUST be worn on the court at all times. Wearing supportive tennis shoes are critical to safety and performance, ensuring players have stability and a firm attachment to the playing surface. (Plus, it also helps keep The TopSpin Academy’s courts in pristine condition!)
For your convenience, The TopSpin Academy is now carrying both Lacoste and Babolat tennis shoes in the most popular kid sizes, which you can pick up at the club or order online.
A: The TopSpin Academy has a strict pick-up policy. We require all parents or caregivers be on site when class ends. If you’re running late, please contact the club to inform us. A fee of $25 may apply if a parent or caregiver is late for pick-up.
A: All of our coaches have received and benefited from the highest certification from the USPTR (Professional Tennis Registry) to coach our young tennis players.
A. In order to join a waitlist, you must have an active session on your account. If you do not have an active session, you will be prompted to make a purchase when joining the waitlist. When you join the waitlist, if/when a spot becomes available 24hrs in advance of the class start time, you will automatically be added to the class and and receive an email notification. If/when a spot becomes available less than 24hrs from class start time, you will not automatically be added to the class, though our office will contact you to see if you would like to join. When added to the class from the waitlist, your session will be utilized. If you are not added to the class from the waitlist, your session will be available to use in another class.
A. Offer applies to service(s) and date(s) requested and cannot be applied to any other offers or programs. All sessions/packages have expiration dates. They may be found under your profile. No refund will be applied once sessions or packages are booked.
