All TopSpin memberships require a 12-month training commitment, designed to provide each athlete with the consistency necessary for long-term development.

For your convenience, families may choose to pay monthly through automatic billing (auto-draft) rather than paying the full year in advance. Regardless of the selected payment schedule, the 12-month commitment remains in effect.

Because each athlete’s training space, coaching time, and court availability are reserved for the full year, memberships are not intended for mid-season cancellation.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Early termination requests may be considered in special situations, including:

• Verified injury (with a physician’s note)
• Family relocation
• Significant medical or personal hardship

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by TopSpin management. Requests must be submitted no later than the 20th day of the month in order to take effect at the end of that same month. Requests received after the 20th will take effect at the end of the following month. Requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Annual maintenance fees are non-refundable.

If approved:

• Membership will terminate at the end of the month in which the written request is received.
• For monthly payment plans, billing will cease at the end of that month.
• For annual payment plans, a prorated refund will be issued for any remaining full months on the contract.

Final billing adjustments will be communicated in writing.
