
In this class, students will begin developing essential foundational skills such as handling and swinging a racquet, as well as throwing, rolling, and catching. They will also focus on fundamental movement patterns, including running, jumping, and balancing. The primary goal of the class is to improve ball control and enhance overall body coordination through fun, engaging activities.
Level 1: Focuses on foundational skills such as motor development, hand-eye coordination, and basic strokes (forehand/backhand). Students learn how to hold a racquet, swing, and hit the ball through fun and engaging activities.
Level 2: Emphasizes proper technique and skill development, introducing volleys and serves. Sessions include drills and mini-games to improve coordination, footwork, and agility. Pre-approval required.
Level 3: Builds on technical skills with advanced techniques like topspin, slice, and drop shots. Focus is placed on shot consistency, footwork, and court positioning through challenging drills and match simulations. Pre-approval required.
Orange Ball – 60' Court Development. Players will be introduced to a 60-foot court and the use of the orange ball, which is designed for developing players. The focus will be on building correct swing patterns while emphasizing consistency and footwork. Students will be introduced to the concept of ball spin and begin learning match formats and scoring through guided match play.
In the Orange Ball program, players train on a 60-foot court using a low-compression orange ball designed to support proper technique and development. Level 1 – Fundamental Technique & Timing
Focuses on building fundamental form and stroke mechanics. The primary goal is to establish proper technique and timing for all major shots, along with an introduction to basic footwork.
Level 2 is designed for players progressing from Orange Ball 2 or Green Spinners 1. Players work on developing greater consistency, power, and control of spin while playing on a full court. Emphasis is placed on using a variety of spins and play patterns during point play. Pre-approval required.
Get ready to build your game from the ground up! This class is all about mastering the fundamentals—solid form, clean stroke mechanics, and sharp footwork. You’ll develop timing and technique for all the major shots in a fun, supportive environment. Red, Yellow or Green balls may be used to help players rally longer and grow with confidence.
Step up to the full court! This class helps players make a smooth transition to the Green ball by focusing on spin, power control, and consistency. Students will sharpen their footwork and improve court coverage as they adjust to the faster pace of play. Instructor approval required for first-time participants.
Varsity Prep – Competitive Strategy & Performance
The primary goal of this class is to prepare students for competitive play on their Varsity tennis teams. Training will focus on both singles and doubles strategies, with an emphasis on tactical decision-making and match play. Players will work on adding power and spin to their shots, refining their technique, and improving overall consistency and court awareness.
Intensive Tennis Program 1: Ages 8-11 – Foundation and Competition Prep
Objective:
Designed for juniors ages 8 to 11 at the intermediate to advanced beginner level, this program aims to build a strong technical foundation and prepare students for future success, including competition in USTA-sanctioned tournaments.
Program Content:
• Group Lessons: Two one and a half-hour group sessions per week focused on stroke development, footwork, and tactical play.
• Fitness Training: 60 minutes of physical conditioning per week to support agility, balance, and overall athleticism.
Students will receive comprehensive instruction in all fundamental strokes and learn to apply their skills in live play situations. The program prepares students for match play using Orange and/or Green balls, depending on their individual level.
This program is ideal for committed players seeking structured preparation for high-level competition.
Intensive Tennis Program 2: Ages 10-14 – Foundation and Competition Prep

Designed for juniors ages 10 to 14 at the intermediate to advanced beginner level, this program aims to build a strong technical foundation and prepare students for future success, including competition in USTA-sanctioned tournaments.

A graduate from ITP 1, this class is designed for Advanced – level players, this program helps juniors improve their skills and prepare for USTA-level or Varsity programs.
Tournament Training Program 1: Ages 12-14
Objective:
This program is designed for motivated super ambitious juniors ages 10–13 prepping for high level tournaments. The primary focus is on developing a deeper understanding of singles and doubles strategies, improving point construction, and elevating competitive performance. Each session includes 2 hours of high-level tennis training and 30 minutes of structured fitness work. Yellow balls are used exclusively. A coach will travel to at least one USTA tournament per session to provide on-site support and match analysis. This program is ideal for players aiming to compete at a higher level.
Tournament Training Program 2: Ages 13 & Up
Tournament Training Program – USTA Competition
This program is designed for players who compete in USTA tournaments. Training groups are organized by skill level to ensure targeted instruction and development.
Program Features:
• 4 hours of on-court clinic per week focused on advanced stroke development, match strategy, and competitive play
• One consultation with a coach and parents to design a personalized tournament schedule and monitor progress
• Coach travel to selected USTA tournaments for on-site support and performance evaluation
This program is ideal for committed players seeking structured preparation for high-level competition.
The Junior Ladder is designed to give players regular match play experience in a fun, competitive environment. Players are ranked on a ladder and can challenge others to climb higher based on match results. The format encourages responsibility, sportsmanship, and strategic thinking.
